Blue CORE Overview

Blue CORE is BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee's real-time based eligibility, benefits and claim status application. Blue CORE follows the standard operating rules defined by Phase I & Phase II of the CAQH/CORE requirements. Holiday Schedule

Blue CORE will not be available on the following 2013 Holidays

• January 2 - New Year's Day
• January 21 - Martin Luther King Day
• May 27 - Memorial Day
• July 4 - Independence Day
• September 2 - Labor Day
• November 28 - 29 - Thanksgiving
• December 24 - 25 - Christmas

Regular Scheduled Maintenance

Blue CORE may not be available due to regular system maintenance during the following times:

• Every Tuesday 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Unscheduled Maintenance or Emergency Downtime
